What is the ‘Click for Discounts’ button?
Typically, as volume increases, per-piece price decreases. This button is simply a reiteration of the price breaks associated with different quantities of a product. So, you can see how increasing or decreasing your quantity will affect your total, before checking out.
I want to pay with a credit card, but I don’t see a spot to input my credit card #?
After clicking the ‘Place Order’ button, a window will pop up to enter your credit card info.
How do I save my cart for later?
There is a ‘Save for Later’ button under each line item. These items will disappear from your cart and appear below the ‘Checkout’ button. They will stay here for 100 days.
What is the transit time for orders shipping ground?
Generally, the West Coast is about 4 transit days, while the rest of the country is 1-3 transit days. Please connect with the Mira customer service team for an exact transit time estimate to a location.
How do I give special delivery instructions?
Once you’ve clicked ‘Checkout’, you’ll arrive at the Shipping and Billing screen.
Under the ‘Review and Place Your Order’ button, you’ll notice an Order Comments field. This is the place to share any special requests or pertinent information with Mira.
My credit card won’t go through.
Double check that the billing address entered matches your credit card statement.
If you’ve done this and verified that the card is viable, please submit a Help Desk ticket (Contact Us button at top right or Tools>Help Desk).
How quickly will my order ship, after it is placed?
